The company can contact the customer up to 1 day before the service is provided, to advise of any changes.

All of our services start in Ponta Delgada, and we provide pick-up for guests at any hotel in the city of Ponta Delgada
Pick ups and drop off for customers staying outside of the city of Ponta Delgada can also be made available so that there will be a surcharge according to the location of the same.

You can cancel your reservation without penalty up to 7 days before the date of the reserved services. For cancellations on the same day, the value of services requested will be charged in full, unless the weather conditions make the tour impossible.
